Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By accessing zylo.work or using Zylo’s simulation platform you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • "Customer", "you" = the individual or entity using the Service.
  • "Workspace" = isolated organisation account.
  • "Simulation" = AI-driven conversation scenario.
  • "Attempts" = number of simulations taken by your users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the entity you represent.

4. Account registration

Provide accurate information; keep passwords confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your workspace.

5. Subscription & billing

Fees are based on the selected workspace bundle (attempts per month) and shown in Naira.

  • Payments are processed via Paystack or bank transfer.
  • Inactive subscription = read-only access until payment is confirmed.
  • Overage attempts are auto-invoiced at the published rate or workspace is temporarily blocked.

6. Free trial

One free simulation after demo. No card required. Unused attempts do not roll over.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • upload unlawful, hateful or infringing content;
  • reverse-engineer the AI models;
  • share log-ins outside your organisation;
  • use recordings to build a competing product.

8. Intellectual property

Zylo owns the platform, underlying AI, and feedback algorithms. You retain ownership of your custom scenarios and user data. We receive a limited licence to host, copy and analyse data solely to provide the Service.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential information secret for three years after termination.

10. Service availability

We aim for 99% monthly uptime excluding scheduled maintenance. We may suspend service for emergency security issues.

11. Data handling

Please see our Privacy Policy. Recordings may be anonymised for model improvement unless you opt-out in writing.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zylo is liable only for direct damages up to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Zylo against all claims arising from your scenarios or misuse of the Service.

14. Term & termination

These Terms commence on first access and continue until your subscription expires or is terminated. Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice; breaches of sections 5, 7 or 8 justify immediate termination. Data export window = 30 days after termination.

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be emailed to account holders.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Parties agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Lagos State High Court. Escalation to arbitration under the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC) is encouraged.
