1. Who we are

Ansibyl Limited, trading as Zylo ("we", "our", "us"), operates the website zylo.work and the simulation-based corporate training platform ("the Service"). Contact email: hey@zylo.work

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: name, work email, phone number, company name, role, simulation recordings, chat transcripts, assessment scores, feedback. Information we collect automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, device identifiers, cookies. Cookies: small text files to keep you logged in and measure usage. You can block cookies, but some features may not work.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, personalise and improve the Service
  • Send transactional emails (demo invites, invoices, product updates)
  • Generate anonymised analytics and AI model improvements
  • Comply with Nigerian and international laws

4. Data retention and storage

Data is hosted on secure cloud providers with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain:

  • Customer data for the duration of the active subscription plus 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion.
  • Marketing leads for 24 months or until opt-out.
  • Recordings used for AI feedback are stored separately and deleted after 90 days unless you choose to save them.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete, or export your personal data by emailing hey@zylo.work. You may withdraw consent or object to processing at any time.

6. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell your data. We share only with:

  • Sub-processors essential to deliver the Service (cloud hosting, payment gateway, email delivery) under confidentiality agreements.
  • Regulators or law-enforcement when legally required.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard measures: TLS 1.3, AES-256 encryption, role-based access, annual penetration tests, ISO 27001-aligned controls.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect minor data.

We will post any material changes on this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
